I know.....shorting the wiggle is wobble. But the system says peak on the 12th..., What's a guy to do, but be wrong when he's right...? Par for the week..! Here's another recipe: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SWISS CHARD or SPINACH with FENNEL and HOT PEPPER 2lbs swiss chard leaves or spinich 2 tsps olive oil 2 galic cloves-minced or pressed 4 tbls finely chopped wild fennel or feathery tops of the bulb ½ tsp hot [peper flakes to taste] salt-pepper juice of ½ lemon lemon wedges for serving Wash chard or spinich several times Heat oil over medium heat sauté garlic for 1 min. Add the greens, raise to medium-high heat, allow to wilt. Stir in fennel, hot peper, salt/pepper Cook 4-5mins - remove from heat Toss with lemon Serve with a wedge This is also great with cheese like Goat or Feta Can be served with Pita Bread and Olives 4-6 servings
