Don Hays allocation model went bullish 12/22. As of today he still thinks things are setting up for a good counter trend rally. Says you should sell when stocks get overbought and buy on oversold conditions. Still expects a major down leg (his 3rd phase) sometime later this winter / spring (no later than June).
