Well, I can say this, you have a very polite way of putting liberals down.

And you have a very polite way of responding to perceived putdowns. <g>

I'm almost unaware of your putdown of the content of my post.

That was not a putdown, it was an illustration of my point in an attempt to communicate it in a way that you could relate to. My intention was entirely constructive.

I enjoy discussing issues and it takes a verbal atomic bomb before I take offense but I recognize that everyone is not built that way. I recognized the sensitivity on your LWP and I have respected it, but I was hoping we could discuss things here. I would be very interested in knowing how you get from art-is-good to government-grant-is-good and if there's, indeed, something there other than the proverbial knee jerk. I'm willing to be convinced.
