Heinz, keep in mind that those amounts are growing around 5% to 7% of annual wages (before taxes) in addition you have the 401K plans and similar contribution plans in any developed country. This is providing a cushion to debt and equity.

My point is that as long as people believe in fiat money which can be printed freely assets bought with fiat money will increase in value.

As one great example of bubble burst which I like to point to is VSH. from 65 to 14 with a P/E of 5 from 17.

Even MSFT IBM, LU and MU are showing signs of life around 25% from their low that is not a shaby return by any means. I also would like to see if INTC will trade below $30.

Can you argue with those returns?

Would agree that as a whole the market is still overvalued but the MO MO's are runnig each time some other group of stocks and syphoning money from the little guy.
