The stockholders equity number I get is 204 thousand, after checking several independent valuation services, book value appears to me to be around 23 cents. 142 million is their total assets, they also have 141 million in total liabilities. The 105 million shares intrigues me. With all the dilutive announcements over the past five months I expected this number to be 115-120 million. Any comments?
