Mark, I love this tweak! With 8 browsers, Outlook, Spinner Plus and Word all open Excel still opened as quick as if nothing was open. When I tried opening Excel with the same load last night it opened much slower. Unused physical memory is below 1M but all the open programs are still responding normally and I still have no swap files in use! This tweak does everything the author claimed it would and so far I see absolutely no downside.
