"Once it is perceived that fed is serious folks will have to step up orders on tech to compete." right on target, m. take two companies in virtually any sector of the economy. one decides they are going to "save money" by not investing in tech. the other decides to invest heavily in tech. 5 years later which company is thriving? all ceos know this. in years past we've seen rotations in and out of tech. this one has been severe and a re-valuation has been accompanied by a re-valuation of sorts. still only a matter of time (1 month...4 months) till all the folks downplaying techs on cnbc right now are telling us how it has been the place to be all along.
