This is the guy that I would ask. Frank Coluccio is very knowledgeable on a wide variety of technologies and has real world
experience with the service providers. You should keep him bookmarked. One of the smartest guys on SI.

You might try "The Phoenix" too. He is very up to speed on what is happening in the optical world. Mainly from a strategic and
marketing point of view.

I would point out that the fact that it is an OTC:BB and canadian would make me avoid it regardless of the viability of the
technology. The chances that they copied a spec from somebody else and created a bunch of fabrication to sell stocks is pretty
high.
