We really do not know what BILOW's credentials are. We do know that he dislikes people with advanced degrees.

Scumbria is the prince of low performance and low cost because "we just don't need the power."

Finally, we know that Ali is superior to Scumbria and Bilow as well as everyone else because he tells us so. <g>
