On the catious side you could include the possibility of 2 new (previously mothballed) LNG terminals opening. Originally scheduled to open in 2002, plans may (should) be accelerated. The currently working LA terminal has a capacity of something like 700mmcfd, nothing to sneeze at. This will affect prices when firm dates are given and contracts made. Not this winter, but next, maybe earlier.
