The fastest chip for productivity applications like Office, Excel, Pagemaker, or Powerpoint is the DDR Athlon. The fastest chip for Quake 3 and soon to be available video compression software is the P4. The G4 is the slowest, at least until 733 systems are actually available, and even then, it will probably lag the 3 above. Regards, Dan
