On another note, can a company that sells a complete product directly to end users ... be gorilla? From what I have read, this is not possible. Microsoft did a great job of it. But Microsoft did not sell Windows as a completed product. It has to run on PCs. It is an operating system that needs to have applications. Hence the PC makers and the application developers become the value chain. Seldom Blue
