Never made a threat Francois, just stated my opinion, a right I have here, so bite me. You lie like a rug, so when you say you don't short against your restricted paper it means nothing. Thanks to my great detective work at finding you in the online Cayman phone book, everyone knows where and what you are, and that it would be impossible for anyone less than the US government to ever catch you in your "I don't short" lie, but hey, that day may be coming. Sooner or later, you go down hard. Besides, outside of Bill Clinton, you're the king of the legalspeak. Your "I have never shorted one single stock, EVER" line might mean you have a partner that does the shorting, or that it's in some offshore corp entity that could never be traced to you.(or so you think.) You seem extra goofy tonight Francois. Feeling some heat? That's usually when you run your mouth and get the most aggressive. CMB
