i like your analysis wizard. i'd like to reframe the issue slightly and get your take.
1. ARBA vs. CMRC - ARBA has taken the position of an independent software supplier; CMRC is a player and takes a cut. which works?
2. you got to have a way to link the front end to the enterprise as in ARBA-ITWO, ORCL, SAP-CMRCE. can ARBA make it without ITWO?
