a guess at when the home builder stocks will fall or when the RE bubble will go bust? since i'm looking for a rally in stocks in the Feb.- April period, it can't happen before April. since the RE bubble still has momentum, it probably won't falter immediately when stocks resume their bear market. so let's say this fall.
