Hello Rob,

I am very happy to have finally purchased an initial amount of STXN. I have looked at the company on and off for over two years. First the Asian crisis scared me off and then there were other fish to fry and then the price was too high. You have done a great job of keeping this thread informed and I appreciate your effort. I am impressed that the Altium line is enjoying great success and that STXN is on a good trend of ramping profitability. My main concern other than the overall economy is the gross margin. I find it unusual that a clear leader in a growth area would have margins this low. Are you expecting continuing improvement in this area and if so, what is a reasonable expectation to peak out in that improvement? In the area of inventory accumulation, has that been rationalized by component shortages or changes in the manufacturing methods? Am I correct in my understanding that STXN is developing p-mp in-house and participating with somebody else as an investor in a different p-mp approach? Thanks in advance for your help. I hope that I will be able to add to the thread over time, not just ride on your coat-tails!

Best regards,

Mike
