CB - Ben came up with this idea because he's a Libertarian, and it irks him that Libertarians, and other third party candidates, never get Electoral votes under the winner-take-all system. Sometime he's going to have to determine whether being a Libertarian means having a party affiliation, a set of ideas and beliefs, or both.
