It is just amazing to me that the investment community comes out this morning with lowered estimates on the semi industry and advises people to sell any rally after the SOX has gone down over 50% from its high.

I have a CLEAR long-term buy signal on the SOX.

I wonder who is buying when all the people that sell the rallies are selling.
