Varian suffered another devastating loss on January 8, 2001 when the Honorable Judge Conrad L. Rushing denied Varians' Motion to Strike in his ruling filed in Santa Clara County Superior Court of California. The Varian plaintiffs lost their Motion to Strike Delfino's $50,000,000 class action lawsuit against Varian Medical (VAR), Varian Semiconductor (VSEA), Susan B.
