I agree, of course unless the artist was Picasso and he gave me one of his works.....<g> The whole idea of funding art with federal tax money is part of the failed experiment of the Great Society... as a result of such wasted funds we may even have more hungry and abandoned kids today than ever before..... art can be funded by private groups, but not with public revenues..... GZ
