So really the "Bill of Rights" should have been the people authorizing the government to ensure certain rights?

When we give the government rights, such as the

- right to support freedom of expression
- the right to protect property rights
- rights to our bodies (a property right if you ask me)

the gov would then be obligated to do so, no?

right to "restrict freedom of expression in their domain" is a property right too, no?

I think you mean speech when you talk about freedom of expression on SI,
When you say "I don't believe that the government has the right to support your freedom of expression."
What do you mean by freedom of expression?
If you mean speech, why not say speech?
Are you saying I don't have a right to express myself in art, gestures? Are you saying we shouldn't authorize the gov to ensure that I do?
