Chip ... sounds to me (I REAAAAAALY don't know squat bout these boxes) that you have something running in the background when you ran the maintance wizard defrag .. I suspect .. in this order ... protector program of some kind ... BlackIce, ZoneAlarm, etc firewall QCharts itself HAS caused some strange problems for me, and a whole lot more folks according to the QC thread, and the malfunctioning mouse has been one I've dealt with also that I think was caused by them . ... do you know how to redo their Continum Files .?? that ... and a reload of QChart has been a good solution for me .... let me know .
