Relative strength appears to have bottomed in the 15 area (translated SFY has been underperforming 85% of all stocks) and appears ready to trigger a "buy" signal. A green close today would do the trick. This stock is pitifully under- valued as we all know. We're about 30 days from the EPS announcement. It would be refreshing to have SFY give an earnings WARNING TO THE UPSIDE of estimates. Very long SFY Floyd
