mike, when a crook points a gun at you and pulls the trigger sometimes the gun jams and doesn't fire. but, i don't like them thare odes, if you knowwhat i mean ;-)

reg s shouldn't automatically disqualify a company from anyone's poertfolio - but it should make them do 2-3 times the homework before investing.
