Greg,

New members on board with significant ownership of chai through convertibles and European source of financing with obvious commitment to supporting product has changed the picture very much. I think that the use of convertibles here was done in a very positive way.

You might be right about $1.00 by June -- that would be my break even point. I feel confident enough to hold for at least the trial results. I am resting much easier now as this is
a very important investment to me.
