There is also a third dimension to this. It works both ways to/for the individual investor.

When they get "in" it helps you (if you're long before them), but when they want out, it's going to be a tsunami.

From your data, it mean for now, that more have moved into the stock. The better thing to do is look at current Money Flow, if you can.
