as i said there are restrictive agreements between publishers world wide... nothing to do with the inability or or unwillingness of brits to read books published in the USA (you must not get out much?)

And of course all kinds of people are screaming at her but so what, what is new with that. whatever they are screaming at is because they dislike her; i think the deal itself is fine and ethical within the bounds of the law / rules
