In companies I've had where management really were misleading, or possibly even criminal, there never were any lawsuits filed. The reason of course was that neither company had any assets left. This is why the class-action lawyers claims to being watchdogs are baloney. 90% of stock swindles happen with BB stocks, whose managements know they can say anything they want to tout their company.

Did you notice too that PRIA really started to take off when BRKS announced their 300mm contract a week or so back?
