Hey Alan and all...Happy New Year! Sure was glad to see 2000 go. Where did it go? Seems it was just a few months ago I was watching new millennium celebrations across the world.

NVLS, yes, sure wish I had picked up some calls when I last wrote. Now, don't know. The slow down that I had not believed in may impact many techs for months to come. Seems the analysts are still teaming up trying to drive these stocks lower, Dan Niles the latest who apparently recommended investors bail on upticks over the shorter term. I think downside is relatively limited so stock plays with time frames of a year or greater with room to average if necessary are a great idea. Options, maybe better to wait. That said, I've already lost out on a 35% plus short term rise on NVLS. Congrats to those that held on, and even greater congrats to those that sold at 50-70 last year<g>. I remember at least one guy that called this situation to a tee in early September last year.

The stocks that were beaten down before the tech carnage seem to be coming back, can't help but feel there may be similar lag time in techs recently killed.

What do you think?

regards,

sf
