How about this latest view from the bridge Mr. Burns? LOL

I would again like to thank all of you who supported us during these trying times. I wish I could comment on things going on behind the scenes, but I cannot.

A big lesson I have learned: I was wrong to think that I could open up and communicate as if we were all Team SeaView. I had no idea that people could twist and skew our openness in order to hurt us for their own personal gain, and would TRY to get away with such tactics.

To all the investors who have been "spoiled" by constant updates, numbers, and names of companies we were dealing with, I want to explain: management is NOT obligated or required to give you daily, weekly, or monthly reports on everything. We do not have to tell you with whom we are manufacturing this week, or how many units are rolling off the assembly line on a given day.

Please read the rules for yourself. I can assure you the above statement is correct. If you need a daily dose of information to have a constant comfort level, this company is not for you!

I will not be releasing information or reports on any regular schedule. In fact, we intend to go out of our way to keep ongoing business CLASSIFIED. Our vendors, retail dealers, and even employees have been hounded beyond belief.

This is serious!

My life has been threatened, our offices were broken into, my private files have been copied. Fortunately, trade secrets and other sensitive information is secured elsewhere.

We spent Wednesday morning with the police and their forensic specialist. Do we know who the intruder is? YES. People will learn it does not pay to break into a company in THE SECURITY BUSINESS. Would you be surprised to learn who it is? Probably not. Hatred, jealousy, and envy are diseases which usually most hurt the person who has them.

How are we at SeaView handling all this? We are more determined than ever, and have found a huge rebound of energy toward making it happen...the only true gauge of the value of an investment.

If you have not yet taken the time to review the new documents, pictures, and patents, PLEASE DO IT NOW. The facts, the company, and its people are there to see and read about. Then please RSVP for the Open House, and see for yourself.

Members of management can no longer take phone calls from investors.

PS: if you're at the Miami International Boat Show Feb. 18-23 (the largest boat show in the world), stop by and see us in space A-95, next to Raytheon.
