As I understand it, the judge yielded to the Pope's request... so, who is the Pope to tell this judge how to do his job? Clearly enough, this judge has allowed his religious preferences to contaminate his legal judgement... this is probably why Ashcroft canned the guy... too many people are just too quick to play the race card, I'm tired of it... also, there are way too many bleeding heart judges already..... GZ
