I didn't invent the Shareholders Lawsuit concerning SEVU, as after all, while there were some Truth in A@P's report, there were also plenty of erroneous statements... In addition, Ken Cook was a big Mistake, as should be painfully obvious by now:

I'm going to try and put an end to this A&P thing. I can tell you an investigation has been active. I have several dozen stockholders who want to file a class action suit against him and his group.

I have made the point before on this very Thread that a Shareholders Lawsuit is far more effective in such a case, so I don't know why you sound so surprised...
I agree that you may well be right and that there is a small possibility that SEVU might not survive at the end but if it happens, it'll be interesting to see whom and what it takes down with it... In the meantime, SEVU is UP 16% today in what appears to be controlled covering with 129,000 shares traded so far...
I really suggest that you relax a bit.... Foul language could get you suspended on SI, if you weren't a shorting basher, of course...
