And he's not as dippy as my post implies. When I tell him things, he forms mental images of what I say and plans his journey through the store, visualizing what to get. Olives are round, so are grapefruit; Swiss Cheese comes as a yellowish rectangular package as does Corn Flakes; but I have no idea how a dozen eggs became Kraft Dinner beyond a similar sized cardbard(ish) container, but then again, KD contains cheese, which I did ask for.
