First months ago, there was some message from an attorney or something that the boards were being monitored and people would be sued, etc. etc. etc., but it never happened. SEVU probably can't pay up for a SLAPP lawsuit. Now we're lead to believe a class action that has nothing to do with the company is going to be filed.
Why doesn't SEVU file and get an injunction against Tony? Why a class action, other than like you yourself admitted, SEVU wants to avoid giving Tony the chance to prove everything he said was true, so they'll let someone else do their dirty work. So the lead counsel in Cali has been picked according to McBride, who is it? Who's handling the class action? Like was posted on RB, if there was serious interest in a class action an attorney name and contact information would be posted, but that wasn't done just an email address at SEVU. GMADB.
