To All, Ch-ch-ch-changes. I dissolved the Maximum Income partnership as of December 31. I had my best year ever last year and was very happy with how it turned out. I never made more than coffee money (not Starbucks, either <g>) managing it and I either had to find a way to expand it or cut bait, as it was taking up a lot of my time. I couldn't expand it without moving to Japan, so da bait be cut. My partners kind of expected it and everything ended on a very friendly note.

What does that mean? I can no longer buy the coffee. <VBG> Shoot, I never bought, anyway. It means that I no longer have to act like some CIA agent when I mention the Max Income portfolio and can talk more openly about what I am doing in my own MI portfolio. I couldn't talk about a partnership position because most people do not like their managers to talk about their investments in public. Silly, but most folks are like that and I respect their wishes.

However, short sales seem to be out of my MI mix for now, as I can no longer get a decent rebate with my personal account. So, my 19 strategies for maximum income will be cut back by a few, though I still expect it will be a teenager. <g>

I may be taking on some other gig or gigs in the months ahead, which could add restrictions to what I can say here. But, for now, I can yak my head off.
