Barry, 1 cent profit also lost to extra legal wrangling. Harmon said that about $1,000,000 in extra legal fees were due to the legal responses required by litigation maneuvers of Micron, Infineon and Hyundai. About 100,000,000 shares makes this impact the same as the expected earnings shortfall. This is just an alternative to blaming the taxman.
