You sized up the situation pretty well.

Another thought on the rest. division - Taco Bell is still growing, PH and KFC are in a down cycle. When the new company shares come out, the stock will go up or down based on the near-term potential for growth. Don't make any judgements now that may be out-dated later this year.

Just because their different companies, there are still alot of people in both divisions that grew up with PepsiCo, and that ain't bad!
