didn't you have problems today with IB futures,

Yes I did and I think I mentioned that in the post earlier. I was hung both times when Globex went down. The first time it has happened to me but I was very lucky.

The first one was to enter a position that turned out to be a loss so that was good. The other one was after 4:00 when the market tanked. I was short from 50.5 and tried to take my profit when the price rebounded. By the time I got the order in the price was back up to 20 and then no fill. I was not able to get out until globex cleared up after the market close. I waited until 4:45 and covered the short when it opened at 98, 22 points lower than I would have.

Does this make the problem OK?......NO IT DOES NOT. But it sure made it easier to accept...<ggg>. I was very lucky.

Those are the only two problems I have ever had in the year or so I have traded with IB but I will admit that listed stocks and futures run much smoother than the NASD.
