ARBA ---> anyone get a whiff of an upgrade pending? RATL was upgraded nicely today and even in the morning with the down market it was head & heels above the others. If this market doesn't award true achievement as it once bestowed awards of 300+ price tags on AETH, JNPR, SDLI than that alone is enough to erode the confidence of this market. I can understand when an earnings play runs up before a report, and granted ARBA ran up, but it is still heavily oversold for the intermediate and long term charts and it should get an upgrade and it should be at least awarded the same move up as MWD did after its report and earnings fell short considerably.
