Ehile I am undecided about whether the death penalty is fair or even effective, I'm especially uncomfortable with the government deciding who lives and dies. now that Lady Justice has been gang-raped and left for dead by the one institution and refuge that I thought was ultimately trustworthy, The United Stetes Supreme Court.

If they can fix an election, they could, in theory, refuse appeals in a similar partisan way.
