shoreco, I had similar stellar service with my last three computer buys

But they were 1 Hewlitt Packard and 2 Microns, and look at their recent stock performances.

Lots of companies have good customer service and that is important, or course. But good customer service is one thing, and sales numbers, profit margins and earnings estimates are something else, and the box makers have indeed been disappointing lately.

But Dell's chief buying up all that stock makes me wonder what's up his sleeve, and I think his purchases are more meaningful than good customer service.

I might buy some too, but if I do it won't be because of the customer service aspect.
