Burton.....Absolutely none....I spoke with them about a week ago, and it is a done deal....everthing is in place for the deal to be executed as agreed to by the major stockholders of Basic as they contol a majority interest of the float....the only thing disturbing to me is that I still think the best for Basic was yet to come, and its not a pure play of that stock anymore even if you play the acquiring company ......Ted
