wily, it will be more, since most recent new licensees had to pay retroactively to June 2000, a new licensee will have to pay these back owed royalties, and I would assume that at least the July/October quarter would be recognized in the current quarter, thus the potential increase if new licensees are signed up, I believe. There also a prorating 5% per quarter) of the upfront licensing fee, but that is minimal.

I am concerned however that the current quarter indicates that royalties rates are quite low, lower than I have expected. My back of the envelope indicates just under 1% royatlies, anyone has any imput on this?
