Yeah.. but according to the "Jacksonian" standard, those whities don't matter cause they were probably gonna vote for Bush anyway..
Just like it doesn't matter to Jackson that the canvassing boards in those three counties where they claim blacks were "disenfranchised" were DEMOCRATS.
Thank God that GW had the sense to surround himself with fine individuals including Colin Powell, Condi Rice, and Rodney Paige. All of these people possess tremendous credentials and character, but especially with regard to minorities, we see individuals brought into positions of authority and prestige that will forever steal the wind from the pitiful rhetoric used by manipulative racists like Jackson and Sharpton.
And yes, I'm calling them racists because THAT'S ALL THEY SEE. They don't see the red blood that courses through the veins of every human being. They don't see the "green" of the battle uniforms worn by every member of the armed forces. All they see is the color of a person's skin and make the claim that this entitles them to special treatment to the disadvantage of every other struggling human being on this planet.
But take heart... every saturday afternoon when I would stop by Al Gore's place at the Naval Observatory I would see Bush supporters outnumbering Gore supporter by at least 3 to 1... And in a liberal bastion like DC, you have to count every Republican protester at least 3 times since there are so few of us here abouts, and the fact that we haven't got the time to protest because we're too busy working.
