The ENVK pallet has proven through extensive testing.
A. ENVK's Recycled Rubber Pallets are more durable than wood pallets.

(ENVK-55 lbs. wood-75 lbs dry, up to 100 lbs wet)

Are there other types of pallets in use?
Yes, plastic and metal pallets. Both of these are expensive (metal comprises 1% of
the market while plastic is 3%. If ENVK captures 1% of the domestic pallet industry,
not including the global market it has a minimum $100 stock.
What is ENVK market strategy? ENVK is targeting a number of
multinational companies in the U.S. When they start to order the pallets it
will create a trickle down affect.
will they be franchising plants?
Because of the huge demand anticipated, revenue derived from licensing and royalties
will be significant.
What are the anticipated revenues?
With the huge gross margins in the pallet and the high interest generated
by initial tests ENVK anticipates a strong revenue stream.
ENVK knows that they will not be able to supply the anticipated demand that
will be created therefore ENVK is structuring a licensing program including
initial licensing fee and royalties per pallet.
what is the royalty schedule to ENVK?
Royalty schedule to be reviewed at the end of the fourth quarter.
what is their cash position and debt?
Envirokare is a fully reporting company on the OTC/BB. Therefore all
financials are available on the SEC web site under Edgar Archives.
what sales volume is needed to create positive cash flow?
Because of the large gross margins anticipated, positive cash flow
should be in the early stages of the sales program.
will state governments subsidize creation of plants for old tire removal
Envirokare is in discussions with individual state governments regarding grants etc.
Is the pallet patented?
Yes
Is it recyclable?
YES. The pallet is made from recycled rubber tires and plastics and when it
eventually wears out it is recycled itself. State governments are increasing
their dumping fees for pallets as it is becoming a large problem in land fills.
140 million wood pallets are thrown away in their first year of use.
Is a machine of proprietary nature needed to create these pallets?
Yes
Do ENVK and licensees themselves process the used tires or do they purchase crumb
rubber on the open market?
ENVK has been purchasing crumb rubber from the open market.
EVCM expects that its licensees will probably do the same.

With the split on Mar. 7 the float is approx.. 3 million shares.
Who is the management team?
ENVK has created a management advisory board consisting of some of the most
influential people in the pallet industry.
In the S8 SEC filing (employee share plan), how did the company determine
the max share price of $1.15?
A: The price was legally determined through consultation with external parties.
This price is subject to shareholder approval during the 4th quarter Annual meeting.
The company announced and proposed the employee share plan back in October 99. This
of course means that the company could have taken any number of consecutive trading
days between October 99 to March 2000 to come up with $1.15 post split. The price
may have been determined well before March. The important thing is the price has
already been determined, not that it will be determined as we have speculated it
would be.
In terms of business plan for the next 4 years, what revenue does the company
expect to generate?
A: The company cannot divulge that info. It's internal information.
The company stated that they could be profitable by the 4th quarter of this year,
are they still on track to do so?
A: Yes. As far as Rob Davidson is concerned, the company is still on track to be
profitable from an operations stand point.
