Hi Syncie - Is the personal trainer new? If so, aren't those stairs a - well, you know! I wish I could hire a personal chef...here's what I did alot last year from a local company...

I ordered these prepared/frozen lowfat/cal foods - just perfect when you're cooking for 1 adult & 1 four year old. We'd basically split one regular meal - sometimes I'd order sides from them to keep on hand, sometimes I'd just add my own side or salad. Not only a great time saver, but we were eating so much healthier and it cost less than eating out too. My favorite was a curried chicken and potato stew.

Banquet makes a frozen chicken breast thats either fat free or low in fat - its breaded but not fried. I love it. Especially when you serve it on top of a small portion of angel hair pasta with your favorite marinara sauce. Quick and easy. reminds me alot of chicken parmigiana.

One of the meals my trainer loves is chicken & apple sausage served with ravioli and a lowfat sauce - also quick and easy.
