Well, yes, it is. And it was intended to tease Daniel in reference to an earlier discussion we had, and not to reflect on the church or on Ashcroft. And it could only be saying something rude about Ashcroft if I considered a reference to something gay as a slam, which I don't. I think it is clear, however, that I don't like the idea of his appointment. But that has nothing to do with color, sex, or his chosen religion, which are all the same as my father's. It has everything to do with his positions.
And, no, you know nothing of my relationship with whatever higher power I do or do not commune. Nor about what churches I visit. Nor about what religions I study. And nothing at all about the eventual dispostion of my soul. If it eases your mind to think the folks of the LWP are going to flames, then think it. |
