ENVK - Envirokare Tech. Inc.

I have years of experience in power distribution and controls systems for material handling robotics that interface with palletized loads. Wood pallets are a pain in the ass, due to cracking, splintering and forklift truck damage. The broken pieces, scraps and wood dust can leave debris in the palletizers, de-palltizer and conveyor components which will interfere with chains, belts, and the optical sensors and limit swithces used for control.

Wood pallets cannot be used around many food, and almost all pharmaceutical, manufacturing due to contamination effects. Composite, fiberglass, molded hard-rubber, and other new tech pallets and/or "..slips.." solve these sorts of problems.
