I have first hand knowledge with Stachybotrys, Aspergillus, Penicillium, and others. Made me very sick, and you would be surprised what these molds will grow on, and the causes for these molds to start growing. They won't make everyone sick, just people who are susceptible, people who have health problems, or infants. The research on the Internet says Stachybotrys need lots of moisture to grow. Not true, it will grow in relatively low moisture areas. I have seen it grow on fibreglass insulation.
