William, no problem. If you see WDC declining with the market, would you expect it to break crucial support at 52-53? I just don't see it happenning since it has been tested almost 10 times now.

As far as the industry goes, the problem seems to be specific to SEG. Like it has been said many times, it is not surprising that they, the industry leader, are now losing market share to WDC and QNTM the others figured out the high end business was so profitable! That is also why price cuts on enterprise drives have been a higher percent than on desktop drives. As far as server sales, it's hard to say. I have read a couple articles that indicate a slowing down in growth, but that could just be DELL eating up more market share! <g> It also may mean that DELL and other strong server companies like HWP may be ordering less SEG drives. Remember, up until very recently, SEG was the only one really offerring enterprise drives. WDC is very new (and rapidly gaining share) and QNTM reportedly had many problems and are now just beginning to regroup today with the new line of high end Fireball drives.
